PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED DATES AND ADDRESSES OF MEETING: September 11, 
1996, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Marshall Space Flight Center, Building 
4200, Room P110, Huntsville, AL 35812.

CHANGES IN THE MEETING: Dates changed to include September 12, 1996, 
3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Address for this date only changed to Marshall 
Space Flight Center, Building 4203, Room 2002, Huntsville, AL 35812.
