SUMMARY:

This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed by Jeraldine Anderson, requesting the allotment of Channel 266C3 to Weinert, Texas, as that community's first local aural transmission service. This proposal requires a site restriction 13.8 kilometers (8.6 miles) south of the community at coordinates 33-12-15 NL and 99-37-35 WL.
