SUMMARY:

This document requests comments on a petition filed by Katherine Pyeatt proposing the allotment of Channel 243C3 at Baird, Texas, as that community's second local FM service. The coordinates for Channel 243C3 at Baird are 32-35-06 and 99-21-56. There is a site restriction 21.4 kilometers (13.3 miles) north of the community.
