Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Government in the Sunshine Act, Public Law 94–409, that the Securities and Exchange Commission will hold an Open Meeting on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

1. The Commission will consider whether to approve a proposed amendment to the National Market System Plan Governing the Consolidated Audit Trail (“CAT NMS Plan”) to implement a revised funding model (“Executed Share Model”) for the consolidated audit trail (“CAT”) and to establish a fee schedule for CAT fees for the self-regulatory organizations that are participants to the CAT NMS Plan in accordance with the Executed Share Model.
