    AGENCIES: Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration 
    (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
    
    ACTION: Proposed rule; withdrawal.

    SUMMARY: The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, 
    and National Aeronautics and Space Administration have decided to 
    withdraw a proposed rule, FAR case 90-32, U.S. Government Credit Cards, 
    in light of the pending legislation on streamlining of the procurement 
    process. This rule was published in the Federal Register on June 27, 
    1990 (55 FR 26342).
