[Declaration of Economic Injury Disaster Loan Area #8320]

 

Washington; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    Clallam, Grays Harbor, and Snohomish Counties and the contiguous 
counties of Chelan, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, 
Pacific, Skagit, and Thurston in the State of Washington constitute an 
economic injury disaster loan area due to the effects of the warm water 
currents known as El Nino on the 1994 salmon harvest. Eligible small 
businesses without credit available elsewhere and small agricultural 
cooperatives without credit available elsewhere may file applications 
for economic injury assistance until the close of business on May 26, 
1995 at the address listed below: U.S. Small Business Administration, 
Disaster Area 3 Office, 4400 Amon Carter Blvd., Suite 102, Ft. Worth, 
TX 76155, or other locally announced locations. The interest rate for 
eligible small businesses and small agricultural cooperatives is 4 
percent.
