Personnel; State Department Performance Review Board Members (At Large
Board and OIG Board)
In accordance with section 4314(c)(4) of the Civil Service Reform
Act of 1978 (Pub. L. 95-454), the Executive Resources Board of the
Department of State has appointed the following individuals to the
State Department Performance Review Board (At large Board) register.
Eileen K. Binns, Director of the Office of Administration, Bureau of
Management, United States Information Agency
William L. Camp, Associate Director, Passport Services, Bureau of
Consular Affairs, Department of State
Kathleen J. Charles, Executive Director, Bureau of Diplomatic Security,
Department of State
Thomas Fingar, Deputy Assistant Secretary, Bureau of Intelligence and
Research, Department of State
James G. Hergen, Assistant Legal Adviser, Office of the Legal Adviser,
Department of State
The Acting Inspector General of the Department of State has
appointed the following individuals to the State Department Office of
the Inspector General Performance Review Board register.
Kenneth Hunter, Executive Director, Foreign Service Institute,
Department of State
Jane Tebbutt, Assistant Inspector General for Management and Policy,
Department of Health and Human Services
Harvey D. Thorp, Assistant Inspector General for Audits, Office of
Personnel Management.
