    SUMMARY: This document corrects the document appearing in the Federal 
    Register of August 23, 1994 (59 FR 43298), that announced the Nuclear 
    Regulatory Commission's intent to reexamine its enforcement program and 
    requested public comment on whether the scope, purpose, procedures, and 
    methods of its enforcement program are appropriate, and how they may be 
    improved.
