Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

August 30, 1995.
    Take notice that on August 24, 1995, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing, under protest, 
certain revised tariff sheets to First and Second Revised Volume Nos. 1 
and Original Volume Nos. 1-A, 1-B and 2 of its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Williston Basin states that the revised tariff sheets were filed in 
compliance with the Commission's ``Order Affirming in part and 
Reversing in Part Initial Decision'' issued July 25, 1995 in Docket 
Nos. RP9 2-236-000, et al. as more fully described in the filing.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protests should be filed on or before September 7, 1995. Protest will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not service to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of the filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
