Young Gas Storage Company, Ltd.; Notice of Proposed Changes in 
FERC Gas Tariff Annual Charges Adjustment Clause Provisions

August 30, 1995.
    Take notice that on August 25, 1995, Young Gas Storage Company, 
Ltd. (Young) submitted for filing to become part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet No. 5, with a 
proposed effective date of October 1, 1995.
    Young states that the tariff sheets reflect a decrease of $0.0001 
per Mcf in the ACA adjustment charge, resulting in a new ACA rate of 
$0.0023 per Mcf based on Young's 1995 ACA billing.
    Young requested that the new $0.0023 cent per Mcf ACA charge be 
effective October 1, 1995.
    Young states that copies of this filing have been served on Young's 
jurisdictional customers and public bodies.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR Sections 385.214 
and 385.211). All such petitions or protests should be filed on or 
before September 7, 1995. Protests will be considered by the Commission 
in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to 
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection 
in the Public Reference Room.
