Gasdel Pipeline System, Inc.; Notice of Change in Annual Charge 
Adjustment

August 31, 1995.
    Take notice that on August 29, 1995, Gasdel Pipeline System, Inc. 
(Gasdel) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
First Revised Volume No. 1-A, Third Revised Sheet No. 5.
    Gasdel states that the purpose of this filing is to revise its 
Annual Charge Adjustment surcharge in order to recover the Commission's 
annual charges for the 1995 fiscal year. Gasdel requests that the 
Commission allow the tariff sheet to become effective October 1, 1995.
    Gasdel states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all 
jurisdictional customers.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Secretary, Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedures (18 CFR 385.211 and 
385.214). Such motions or protests should be filed on or before 
September 8, 1995. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceedings. Any person desiring to 
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection.
