Ceiling Fans From the People's Republic of China

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Termination of investigation.

SUMMARY: On August 26, 1994, the Commission received a letter from 
petitioner in the subject investigation (Encon Industries, Inc.) 
withdrawing its petition. Accordingly, pursuant to Sec. 207.40(a) of 
the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR 207.40(a)), 
the antidumping review investigation concerning ceiling fans from the 
People's Republic of China (investigation No. 751-TA-16) is terminated.

EFFECTIVE DATE: August 31, 1994.
