AGENCY: President's Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges
and Universities, Education.
ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: This notice sets forth the schedule and agenda of a meeting of
the President's Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and
Universities. This notice also describes the functions of the Board.

meeting is required under Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act.
DATE AND TIME: September 26, 1995, from 2 pm to 5 pm.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The President's Board of Advisors on
Historically Black Colleges and Universities is established under
Executive Order 12876 of November 1, 1993. The Board is established to
advise Administration officials on federal issues that impact
Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
The meeting of the board is open to the public. The agenda includes
a discussion of the impact of budgetary changes on federal support to
Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Records are kept of all Board proceedings, and are available for
public inspection at the White House Initiative on Historically Black
Colleges and Universities at 1250 Maryland Avenue SW., suite 605,
Washington, DC 20202, from the hours of 8:30 am to 5 pm.
