Correction

    In notice document 95-21531 beginning on page 45208 in the issue of 
Wednesday, August 30, 1995 make the following correction:
    On page 45208, in the third column, in the DATES section, in the 
second line ``August 29, 1995'' should read ``September 29, 1995''.
