This document allots Channel 239A to Big Pine Key, FL, in response to a petition filed by Satellite Broadcasting Company. See 65 FR 11541, March 3, 2000. The coordinates for Channel 239A at Big Pine Key are 24-40-00 NL and 81-21-00 WL. A filing window for Channel 266A at Big Pine Key will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
