SUMMARY:

The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Midwest Broadcasting Company, permittee of Station KAUN(TV), NTSC Channel 36, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, requesting the substitution of DTV Channel 51 for Station KAUN(TV)'s assigned DTV Channel 40. DTV Channel 51 can be allotted to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates (43-30-19 N. and 96-34-19 W.). As requested, we propose to allot DTV Channel 51 to Sioux Falls with a power of 93 and a height above average terrain (HAAT) of 230 meters.
