    The Department of Labor (DOL) has submitted the following public information collection requests (ICRs) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub.     Description: The data collected on the Form ETA-586 are authorized by 20 CFR Part 616 and Section 303(a)(6) of the Social Security Act. The ETA-586 report provides the Secretary of Labor with information necessary to measure the scope and effect of the program for combining employment and wages and to monitor the performance of each State in responding to wage transfer requests and the payment of benefits.
