01-6142. PG&E Gas Transmission, Northwest Corporation; Notice of Proposed Change in FERC Gas Tariff

Take notice that on March 1, 2001, PG&E Gas Transmission, Northwest Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1-A, Thirteenth Revised Sheet No. 7, Sixth Revised Sheet No. 7A, First Revised Sheet No. 7B, Third Revised Sheet No. 7C, First Revised Sheet No. 7D and First Revised Sheet No. 7E. GTN requests that the above-referenced tariff sheets become effective March 1, 2001.

GTN states that these sheets are being filed to reflect the implementation of one negotiated rate agreement and the removal of footnotes providing details on negotiated rate agreements which have expired.

GTN further states that a copy of this filing has been served on GTN's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
