SUMMARY:

This document allots Channel 235C3 to Rocksprings, Texas, in response to a petition filed by Linda Crawford. See 66 FR 53192, October 19, 2001. The coordinates for Channel 235C3 at Rocksprings are 30-07-06 and 100-19-18. There is a site restriction 16 kilometers (9.9 miles) northwest of the community. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 235C3 at Rocksprings will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening this allotment for auction will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
