Take notice that on October 21, 2002, Calpine Energy Services, L.P. (CES) and Riverside Energy Center, LLC (Riverside) tendered for filing an application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) under section 203 of the Federal Power Act for approval of the assignment by CES to Riverside of a power purchase agreement between CES and Madison Gas and Electric Company.
