02-28795. ANR Pipeline Company; Notice of Negotiated Rate

Take notice that on October 31, 2002, ANR Pipeline Company, (ANR) tendered for filing three negotiated rate agreements between ANR and ExxonMobil Gas Marketing Company, a division of Exxon Mobil Corporation pursuant to ANR's Rate Schedules PTS-2, ITS and ITS (Liquefiables). ANR tenders these agreements pursuant to its authority to enter into negotiated rate agreements. ANR also requests confidential treatment of a Lease Dedication Agreement. ANR requests that the Commission accept and approve the agreements to be effective November 1, 2002.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
