Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Area 6 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Monday, November 18, 2002 from 2 pm PST to 4 pm PST via a telephone conference call. The public is invited to make written comments.
