Take notice that on November 25, 2002, Colorado Interstate Gas Company (CIG) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to become effective January 1, 2003:

Thirty-Seventh Revised Sheet No. 11

Fourth Revised Sheet No. 171

Sixth Revised Sheet No. 332

Fifth Revised Sheet No. 343

CIG states that these tariff sheets provide for the discontinuation of the Account No. 858 Stranded Costs Surcharge.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
