Take notice that on December 4, 2002, Dauphin Island Gathering Partners (Dauphin Island) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, with an effective date of January 3, 2003:

Second Revised Sheet No. 221
Dauphin Island states that this filing is submitted to revise its tariff to reflect modifications necessary to reinstate the rate ceiling for short-term capacity release transactions following the conclusion of FERC's two-year waiver period as provided for in Order No. 637.
Dauphin Island states that copies of the filing are being served contemporaneously on all participants listed on the service list in this proceeding and on all persons who are required by the Commission's regulations to be served with the application initiating these proceedings.
