03-10468. Pine Needle LNG Company, LLC; Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on April 16, 2003, Pine Needle LNG Company, LLC (Pine Needle) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, Fourth Revised Sheet No. 4, with a proposed effective date of May 1, 2003.

Pine Needle states that the instant filing is being made in compliance with the Commission's March 14, 2003, Order which directed Pine Needle to file a tariff sheet to implement its settlement rates in Docket No. RP02-407-000.

Pine Needle states that it is serving copies of the instant filing to its affected customers, interested State Commissions and other interested parties.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the Commission's rules and regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with section 154.210 of the Commission's regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
