03-17499. Canyon Creek Compression Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on June 30, 2003, Canyon Creek Compression Company (Canyon) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet Nos. 199, 200 and 201, to be effective July 1, 2003.

Canyon states that the purpose of this filing is to implement the Stipulation and Agreement (Settlement) approved by the Commission by a letter order issued on May 23, 2003, in Docket Nos. RP02-356-000, et al. Canyon states that no tariff changes other than those required by the Settlement are reflected in this filing.

Canyon states that copies of the filing have been mailed to each person designated on the Commission's official service list in Docket No. RP02-356.
