Description of Request: SCE&G is requesting Commission approval to issue a permit to Boulevard Partners, Inc. for the use of project lands and waters to accommodate the installation of a concrete boat ramp and a multi-boat docking facility designed to berth 32 boats in association with the development of a residential community to be known as Lakeside at Ballentine.
