Section 202.101 is amended in the definition of “Contracting activity”, under the heading “DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE”, by removing “Real Estate and Facilities Directorate, Washington Headquarter Services” and adding in its place “Acquisition and Procurement Office, Washington Headquarters Services”.
