Correcting amendments.
SUMMARY:
The Department of the Navy published a document in the Federal Register (69 FR 61312) of October 18, 2004, concerning certifications and exemptions under the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 (72 COLREGS). The document contained an incorrect ship name and information concerning Annex I, section 2(k).
