SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Texas (FEMA-4029-DR), dated September 9, 2011, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Texas is hereby amended to include the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and the Public Assistance program for the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 9, 2011.

Bastrop County for Public Assistance, including direct Federal assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance).

All counties in the State of Texas are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
