The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: Secretary of Labor v. Wolf Run Mining Co., Docket No. WEVA 2007-600, et al. (Issues include whether the Administrative Law Judge erred in his negligence and unwarrantable failure analysis with regard to violations involving the failure to immediately report a mine explosion.)
