Incident: Hurricane Hermine.

Incident Period: 08/31/2016 through 09/11/2016.

Effective Date: 10/21/2016.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/28/2016.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/28/2017.

Primary Counties: Columbia, Gadsden, Hernando

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
