Announcement of meetings.
SUMMARY:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a planning meeting of the Rhode Island State Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene by conference call, on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. (EDT). The purpose of the meeting is to review and vote on a work product generated at the Committee's briefing on Predatory Start Printed Page 16827Lending. The Committee will also discuss next steps for the predatory lending project.
