SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Louisiana (FEMA-4570-DR), dated

October 16, 2020, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Louisiana is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of October 16, 2020.

Acadia, Cameron, and Jefferson Davis Parishes for permanent work [Categories C-G] (already designated for Individual Assistance and debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B], including direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program).

Caldwell and Evangeline Parishes for permanent work [Categories C-G] (already designated for debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B], including direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program).

Catahoula and East Feliciana Parishes for debris removal [Category A] and permanent work [Categories C-G] (already designated for emergency protective measures [Category B], including direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program).

Richland Parish for debris removal [Category A] and permanent work [Categories C-G] (already designated for emergency protective measures [Category B], limited to direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program).

Union Parish for permanent work [Categories C-G] (already designated for emergency protective measures [Category B], limited to direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program).

West Feliciana for debris removal [Category A] (already designated for emergency protective measures [Category B], including direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program).
