2022-12290. Self-Regulatory Organizations; MEMX LLC; Notice of Withdrawal of a Proposed Rule Change To Amend Its Fee Schedule To Adopt Market Data Fees

    On March 24, 2022, MEMX LLC (“MEMX”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 [1] and Start Printed Page 34921 Rule 19b-4 thereunder,[2] a proposed rule change to amend its Fee Schedule to adopt fees for its market data products. The proposed rule change was immediately effective upon filing with the Commission pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A) of the Act.[3] The Exchange implemented the fees on April 1, 2022. The proposed rule change was published for comment in the Federal Register on April 11, 2022.[4] On May 23, 2022, MEMX withdrew the proposed rule change (SR-MEMX-2022-03).
