30-Day information collection notice.
SUMMARY:
The DoD has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance the following proposal for collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

Needs and Uses: The Independent Review Commission (IRC) on Sexual Assault in the Military recommended that the Department develop and hold leaders appropriately accountable for prevention (IRC Recommendation 2.1b) and determine the optimum full-time prevention workforce (IRC Recommendation 2.2c). The information collection requirement is necessary to obtain information on the structural and systemic barriers and facilitators that must be considered when building a system for prevention and implementing prevention.
