    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

    Intended Recipient of the Award: The National Rural Health Association (NRHA). The purpose of this program is to identify, engage, educate, and collaborate with rural stakeholders on national rural health policy issues and promising practices in an effort to improve the health of people living in rural communities nationwide.

These activities align with the goals of the program by creating resources, supporting the development of educational materials, and increasing collaboration among key stakeholders to support rural health needs.
