Correction

    In rule document 96-24508 beginning on page 51142, in the issue of 
Monday, September 30, 1996, make the following correction:


Sec. 1386.30  [Corrected]

    On page 51159, in the third column, amendatory instruction number 
23 to Sec. 1386.30 should read as set forth below:
    ``23. Section 1386.30 is amended by revising paragraphs (a) and 
(c)(1); redesignating paragraph (e) as (f); republishing newly 
redesignated paragraph (f), introductory text; revising the newly 
redesignated paragraphs (f)(2), (f)(3), and (f)(4); and adding new 
paragraphs (c)(3) and (e) to read as follows:''
