Correction

    In rule document 03-27742 beginning on page 63692 in the issue of 
Friday, November 7, 2003, make the following corrections:


Sec. 426.410  [Corrected]

    1. On page 63719, in the third column, under Sec. 426.410(a), the 
fifth line should read, ``(1) Dockets the complaint.''
    2. On the same page, in the same column, in the same section, the 
sixth line should read, ``(2) Determines whether the complaint is--.''
