Correction

    In rule document 99-31048, beginning on page 68546, in the issue of 
Tuesday, December 7, 1999, make the following correction:


Sec. 144.89  [Corrected]

     On page 68572, in the first column, in Sec. 144.89(a)(1), in the 
first line, ``Prior'' should read ``(1) Prior''.
