    k. Description of Request: Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC requests Commission approval to lease 0.448 acre of land within the project boundary to Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Under the lease, the county would be permitted to install a floating dock that will be a part of the North Carolina Community Sailing & Rowing (NCCSR) Center located at Blythe Landing County Park in Cornelius, North Carolina. NCCSR will offer public sailing and rowing programs, and the proposed docking facility is designed to accommodate the specialized needs of the sailing and rowing programs.
