    Final rule; technical amendment.

    SUMMARY:

    The Federal Communications Commission published in the Federal Register of May 24, 2012, a document reconsidering and clarifying certain aspects of the USF/ICC Transformation Order in response to various petitions for reconsideration and/or clarification. In that document, a filing deadline was inadvertently omitted.

    Effective May 21, 2013.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

    This is a summary of the FCC's Erratum, DA 13-309, released on March 1, 2013. The Federal Communications Commission published a document in the Federal Register of May 24, 2012, in which the filing deadline for § 54.313(a)(9) was inadvertently omitted. This technical Start Printed Page 29656amendment revises the Appendix to reflect the correct filing deadline of July 1, 2013.
