    In rule document 96-10004, beginning on page 18220, in the issue of 
Wednesday, April 24, 1996, make the following correction:


Sec. 31.47  [Corrected]

    On page 18223, in the first column, in paragraph (a), the third 
line, ``designed and installed so as to create a'' should read 
``designed and installed so as not to create a...''
