Correction

    In notice document 96-8043 beginning on page 14818 in the issue of 
Wednesday, April 3, 1996, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 14818, in the second column, in the first paragraph, the 
last line should read ``42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(a)''. In the same column, 
third paragraph, in the second line ``field'' should read ``filed''. 
And on the same page, in the third column, in the second full 
paragraph, in the sixth line ``deputy'' should read ``Deputy''.
    2. On page 14819, in the first column, in the ninth line ``Kir'' 
should read ``Kirk''.
