ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This is a final rule amending the NASA FAR Supplement to
correct the dates of provisions and clauses.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
A final rule was published in the July 9, 1997 Federal Register (62
FR 36704-36738) that revised multiple parts of the NASA FAR Supplement
(NFS). The published version of that rule did not include the dates for
a number of solicitation provisions and contract clauses. This final
rule makes the appropriate corrections.
Impact
NASA certifies that this regulation will not have a significant
economic impact on a substantial number of small entities under the
Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 U.S.C. 601 et seq.). This final rule does
not impose any reporting or record keeping requirements subject to the
Paperwork Reduction Act.
