Correction

    In rule document 97-17147 beginning on page 35385, in the issue of 
Tuesday, July 1, 1997, make the following correction:


Sec. 27.3  [Corrected]

    On page 35387, in the table, in the first column titled U.S. Code 
citation, in the last line,``46 U.S.C. 5123'' should read ``49 U.S.C. 
5123''.
