e. Name of Project: Markham Ferry Hydroelectric Project.
f. Location: The project is located on the River Grand (Neosho) in Mayes County, Oklahoma. The project does not occupy any Federal lands.

Description of Application: Grand River Dam Authority requests Commission authorization to grant 2-year automatic, renewal leases to several entities for the continued use of project land along Lake Hudson within the Markham Ferry Project. The subject entities and the associated uses are as follows: (1) Alfred & Zita Jensen d/b/a Jensen's RV Park—recreational vehicle park and public camping area; (2) Charles & Rita Pate d/b/a Lakeside Terrace Mobile Home Park—recreational vehicle park and public camping area; (3) Robert & Cindy Snodgrass & Jacky & Sherry Wilkins d/b/a Spring Cove West Resort—mobile home park; and (4) Jim & Kenny Packard (one-year automatic, renewal lease)—haying purposes.
l. A copy of any motion to intervene must also be served upon each representative of the Applicant specified in the particular application.
p. Agency Comments—Federal, State, and local agencies are invited to file comments on the described application. A copy of the application may be obtained by agencies directly from the Applicant. If an agency does not file comments within the time specified for filing comments, it will be presumed to have no comments.
