Please approve these proposals for child care. Our children deserve to be safe when their hard working parents drop them off at daycare. In 2007, my 3 month old baby boy died at an unlicensed in home child care. Ever since then I have been fighting to change the laws in MO. These proposals would make a huge step in MO and many other states. Thank you.
