As a member of the Women's Leadership Council (WLC), I applaud the proposed revisions to the Child Care and Development Fund regulations submitted by the Office of Child Care (OCC). We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to have quality child care, so they can be prepared for Kindergarten. These proposed revisions are a first step in this process by mandating that all in-home centers that receive funding of any type must register, become CPR certified and allow random visits.
