With respect to 74 FR 30494 No. 86 Partner Vetting in USAID Acquisitions Proposed Rule - June 26, 2009, please may I inquire as to the following: 1. Whether there will be advance notice published in the Federal Register of the PVS pilot program start date (assuming PVS implementation), and whether there will be notice of the locations in which the pilot will be implemented? The proposed rule provides "If and when USAID decides to implement PVS, it will be implemented incrementally, with an initial pilot program in several locations worldwide" (30495). 2. Whether the Partner Information Form referenced as 'USAID Form 500-13' is the same form as that which was published on Tuesday October 2, 2007, 72 FR 56401 No. 190 With many thanks in advance for any information you might be able to provide.
